India Pitt began dancing at the age of 2, starting her training at I-Dance Performing Arts Studios under the guidance of Rachael Barker. She later continued her dance journey at VPA Studios, training with Victoria Vargas from 2015 to 2021. During this time, India also studied dance at Wollongong High School of the Performing Arts, where she completed Dance as part of her HSC.
Throughout her training, India has developed experience across a wide range of dance styles, including RAD Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Tap, Contemporary, Broadway, Song and Dance, and Tumbling.
Over the years, India has successfully auditioned for and performed in a number of productions with The Roo Theatre Company, including Annie and Cinderella. She was also selected to perform in The Nutcracker Ballet, the Locreado Contemporary Program, and was accepted into the Dream Dance Company Junior Group in 2020.
India is a qualified tumbling teacher, holding her Acrobatic Arts certification, and has been teaching at Gerringong Ballet & Dance for the past several years. She is currently continuing her professional development through the Royal Academy of Dance, working towards completing her RAD Ballet Teaching Certificate.
